I think with a week of prep they have a good chance against Supes.

This is brains against brawn. So I'd say the smart guys win. Mainly because everyone knows superman has a weakness against Red Sun and kyrptonite. They're getting a week or w/e prep time right so they just build some sort of awesome super powered ultra mega weapon that blast him with red sun radiation and kyrptonite. One of em is a genius bio chemist or w/e so he could also just make some chemical weapons to poison supes. Of course this would assume that they're not in Jobber mode and are actually fighting like they should be able to based on their skills and abilities. However since they've never shown that ability superman would probably heat vision them all to death from outer space.
