elektra is a ninja assassin with telepathy. even then she cant beat wolverine, yeah sure she can tag wolverine when he muscles his way in the fight but not when he is calm and using his martial knowledge.

What if? stories are not canon. Stuff from alternate realities/different universes is not canon. If you're not sure about story being canon or not, there are usually some interviews on Marvel site with the writers answering that question...
