I think I'd take Annihilus for the fight actually... he just never used his cosmic control rod to absorb Mjolnir's power.

You mean, he didn't use his power in a way that Thor could also use Mjolnir?

The fight on their first encounter happened in the Negative Zone where, apparently Annihilus' power gets a big boost. And even then, Thor had the upper hand. In KMC rules, this fight happens in a neutral location.
