😬 There's never such a thing as "simply" when referring to a signature technique in anime. Kakashi wouldn't have time to prepare Kamui before Yoruichi was stomping him. In my opinion, of course.

Kakashi was pinned underneath rubble and fatigued. And managed to warp away an inch nail moving at high speeds before it hit him. I dont see where the prep time is needed.
