On the Naruto Shippuden team we have:
Naruto
Sasuke
Itachi
Pein
Sakura
Rock lee

On the Shaman King team there's:
Yoh
Ren
Horohoro
Zeke(Hao)
Anna
Mikihisa(Yoh's dad)

Naruto fights Yoh, Sasuke fights Ren, Itachi fights Horohoro, Pein fights Zeke, Sakura fights Anna, and Lee tfights Mikihisa.
both teams are incredibly powerful(duh) and are no pushovers.
All abilities allowed. these are all the most recent versions of the characters so Naruto has sage mode and Sasuke has the Mangekyou(you get the idea).
I'd have had Madara take on Zeke, but decided on Pein instead.
Which team wins?

Shaman king absolutely stomps them in every match.

Itachi is the only winner for Naruto's team..And that's because of Tsukiyomi, and because he's against Horohoro. Sasuke has genjutsu sure..but he's also fighting Ren. Sasuke may have a chance but it would be a longshot.

This breaks the limit on team sizes and thus is against the rules.
