Well, then, if it's who's better at spying, concealment or assassination, Dux takes it.

Frank took out Chong Li halfway through the fight blinded, yes, but would you consider Chong Li as tough an opponent as Khan? I mean, even Ray Jackson had the better of Chong Li at one point.

And Chong shrugged off Jackson's attack like it was nothing.
