Actually, my Marth knowledge only stems from Smash Bros., and since that's not canon, I can't represent for him. I actually have a better working knowledge of Joe, and I would say that he takes this.

No FE character can beat Joe. He either speed blitzes or slows everything down. Well a few can stalemate him.
