So by those two scans, we can logically say that Prime was erased by Mxy, along with everything else. Therefore, Mxy ftw.

Prime is omnipotent and can bend reality to his will to an infinite degree. This is fact, stated conclusively by his wikipedia article. Plus, he has a GL ring. And Superman's willpower + 15,000 years of sundipping = dead Mxy. Easily.
