Second time : Anything goes.

R2. Blade/Venom (Brock)/Silver Samurai
R3. Wolverine/Deathstroke/Luke Cage
R4. Thing/Deadpool/Elektra
FR.. Sabretooth (upgraded)/Colossus/Nightcrawler

The final round is definitely the most difficult, but I think they can clear it the first time around for the majority. The second time around they clear the gauntlet pretty easily.

Second time: they clear it.
First time: they stop at Nightcrawler.
