Lizard vs. Sandman

this happens in a sewer like where spider-man fought him. no prep they just randomly ran into each other sandman was taking money to his daughter and the lizard was finding something to eat and BAM!
(no water usage aloud in this fight)

any oneelse care to explain.

Sandman if there's no water around to mess with his powers. Even if he is watered down, Lizard still can't really hurt him.

There is absolutly nothing that the Lizard could do to take down Sandman.
