i sorta lean toward lizard because i dont think his tentacles are faster lizard and his reflexes are amazing and explain what dock ock could do to lizard.

His tentacles are faster, they are extremely fast, and even Lizard can't dodge 4, 20 foot long tentacles coming at him from different angle at the same time. And as for what he could do to him, then simplest thing would be to get a grip on one of his limbs, then swing him through stuff, or hold his arms and possibly his tail, then go to work on his face. Lizard goes down.

Hell, Lizard could prob beat Quick Silver or Northstar.

but he could deflect if he hit the right part of the tail cause his tail move at a speed at 70 miles per hour exactly what are doc ocks feat for his tentacles. oh and lizards tail is 6.5 feet long.

Sooo, a 6.5 foot tail, against a 24 foot (maximum)tentacle made out of titanium or adamantium???? They're 6 feet without extension. And he can move the tentacles 90 feet per second, and hit hard as hell, what can Lizard really do?

hmmmmmmmm wel are those the feats of classic ock cause i thought classic was regular metal and it didnt look that fast in anything ive seen him in movies, games, and comics never looked that fast maybe like 50 mph to me cause spidey would dodg it with like 5.10 difficulty.

still this arguement is not that long so this will be with lizard men quantity of 50-60 and dock ock will have adimantium tentacles. no the fight is on the lizard men would hang on best they can to the tentacles thenthe lizard will blend himself in with the lizard men and strike whn doc ocks guard is down cause he thinks its just another regular lizard man and he liable to getting his head swatted off by the lizard.

Plus, if you've got that many lizards on you, only the ones on the bottom of the pile can touch you, it's simple fact that Liazard couldn't get close enough to him to do anything.

Ock w/ adamantium tentacles wrecked Sinister Six (can't remember the roster, but there was Sandman, Hobby and other major players). He had prep then, though.

He's beaten Spidey, the Hulk... lizardmen would be just cannon fodder and Lizard himself would be taken down.
