Yes, both legends games were based on the Ultimate comic series. Except Apocalypse and Beast.

Beast looks like the Ultimate version b/c of the pony tail

I was just about to correct my mistake, Beast was Ultimate as well. And I think they took the comic Ultimate Apocalypse from this game.

Sinister is 616 though.
