Kizaru from OP with all abilities

VS

Ulquiorra and Halibel from Bleach.

I've heard the hyperboles that Kizaru is light speed but I don't believe that or he would have caught like alls the pirates by now.

I say the bleach team win do to beter feets.

Neither of them could even hit Kizaru.

And Kizaru can TRAVEL at lightspeed via transforming into actual light.

Yes but he has to leave that speed to attack. I also heard that Halibel has a water-based ability, I haven't read the newest chapters yet but if she hits him with it she could possibly disable his powers. I still vote for Kizaru though.

We've seen one chapter of Halibel fighting.

What's the point in having her in a VS thread?

She's Hawt. That's reason enough.

Halibel recently busted out her release form. and i gotta say she's pretty fast; fast enough and strong enough to cut off hitsugaya's entire right arm and part of his shoulder from like about 10-15 feet away like nothing. i wouldn't say that the bleach duo loses...

Yeah, and that does not equate to being able to hit Kizaru.

Kizaru FTW..he is immune to physical damage..he can only be weakened by see water..and this two doesn't know that..

Halibel releases. And Kizaru dies from blood loss. This is fact
