An element consists of only one substance, not a compound like the ore that you're talking about.

Rock can be found, with the metal gold (a pure element) inside of it.

Wonder woman and relatively easily, how is magneto going to hit something he can't see. Furthermore, Diana's bracelets are enchanted, even if god is made out of metal. Theoretically speaking, Magneto should not be able to touch her. Anyways, Diana has more options of defeating him, then he does to her. So Diana 10/10, magneto might get a lucky win.
