Marvel Preppers vs DC Earth

Gets 2 full months of prep, access to each other's tech and resources. As well as full and utter cooperation from each of them (complete teamwork, no personal conflicts, etc.).

They cannot use IG, UN and HoTU.

They have full access to any type of knowledge they'd need for the task.

They take on the FULL DC Earth. They must win without destroying the planet.

DC Earth gets no prep and can only cooperate as much as they normally would.

Rounds:
1: DC Earth only.
2: DC Earth gets help from OA.
3: DC Earth gets help from the New Gods.
4: DC Earth gets help from OA and the New Gods.

They win.

With your stips... They can clear it.

Thanos gavels back in time and gets the "comsic egg" that the goddess had which was a bunch of cosmic containment units....

Or they travel back I. Time and create a wormhole such that the annihilus fleet is shunted forward in time and across dimensions into DC along with the phalanx soon after just for good measure...

Reed contacts god Himself
Dr doom travels through time attaining all he needs to become god

Black Panther summons Bast.

Reed contacts The Presence. And with his mind, recreates the whole DCU.

Thanos obtains THOTI once more for unxplainable reasons.

Doctor Doom obtains 22 GL rings (10 in his fingers, 10 in his toes, 2 as earrings). He then constructs a giant nail to obliterate DC Earth.

Guys, stips are they cannot use the THOTI, IG or UN. Also, they can't destroy DC Earth.

they can do 1 and 2, not sure about 3 and 4....I guess they could

Reed is the only one who can rival him, IMO. I mean, Metron created the Worlogog, IIRC and that wasn't hard on his part. New God tech is extremely powerful and has been fleshed out in the past few years or so. Metron craves knowledge and he's pretty crafty himself. It's the only thing he does.

Yeah it's Thanos. He'll choke right at the end like he always does. Or he'll be distracted by Death of the Endless. 😛

If Thanos doesn't do it by himself, Doom would take it after Thanos, and we all know that the one weakness of Doom is Reed Richards.
And since they are teaming up...

But Thanos going with Death of the Endless is a possible issue. She seems cooler that Marvel Death 😛
