Not really.

He had to self destruct and it only slowed Majestic down.

He has beaten him up before. Being on their level does not mean he wont lose to them (which he will unless he plays it extremely smart).

Anyways, in this scenario, Ironman would lose.

Context is everything.

Hadrian on his own is never a match for Majestic, Imperator, Helspont, Lord Defile, or any other being on their level.

Plus, since the debate with Eny is over, it can be pointed out that Spartan beating Majestros technically didn't happen anymore... since Majestic ensured that that future never came into being.

Still, it's probable that that Spartan wasn't much different than the regular, but it's an interesting note.

If Spartan does have the Void here (does he?), he wins. He probably wins regardless, but I could see Ironman pulling some victories.
