Who wins? There are a few scenario.

Classic Thor vs DS(before ALE)
1-BFR allowed
2-BFR isn't allowed

Current Thor vs DS(before ALE)
1-BFR allowed
2- BFR prohibited

I am not sure but I think it's battle field removal. So they can put them in another dimension, galaxy...etc. There is a limit in a battlefield.

Darkseid doesn't have his durability or overall toughness. His trump card can be easily blocked by his hammer. Thor wins the majority both times.

Well then I guess you like saying things that aren't true then. I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and thought you made a mistake. However, as you say, it was a mistake you intended. What is the intellect of an insect anyways?
