I personally like Darwin because he's a great example of an omega level mutant and I like Quentin Quire because he's insane. Mad James Jaspers is also one of my favorites due to his madness and crazy reality warping powers.
Magma, Match, Sunspot and Sunfire are also my favorite mutants due to their powers which I've always liked.
