Ozymandias is too fast.

Rorschach and Nite Owl aren't martial artists as far as I know btw.

As far as I know, Nite Owl had some kind of training and Rorschach had his crazyman street fighting experience. I wouldn't put either above anyone like Daredevil but I think Ozymandias could put up a fight against Kingpin for as fast and calculating as he was.
