Batman
Green Arrow (50 trick arrows)
Agent Zero (w/ powers and his equipment)
Iron Fist
Death Stroke (Standard Gear)

They fight in a forest.

Team gets 24hrs prep (only to strategize, not to go about getting resources or outside help)

Hulk once blew down a forest full tree. Marvel in their opinion says it takes somebody who lifts 15 tons to uproot a tree. Imagine the force it would take to knock down a forest full of trees

imo he only can absorb radiation, if a character runs on it or emits it from their bodies he can drain it.

none of the characters listed have any sort of energy output or reservoir for him to drain.

and magical forces are unknown at this moment of things he can utilize.
