Hrm, no, I'd say Shiva would take Elektra out without breaking a sweat, but I'd say Psylock bringing the only real superpower to the fight would take it, considering she is a high level telepath. Can't really dodge that.

Psylocke is no longer a telepath. She's now a telekinetic.

So, Psylocke is a high order telepath again.
This is spite.

The only one who will be able to possibly resist telepathy is Shiva. And while she's a better pure martial artist that Elektra, Elektra has superior physical stats and better spead feats. Her standard gear includes weapons so I'm thinking even if Psylocke couldn't bring Shiva down that Elektra guts her like a trout.
