That's because there isn't any.
He's some reflection of the human psyche that feeds on pain. And he can't be killed (Spectre vaporized him several times, and he resurfaced)
He claimed to be able to warp reality but never showed it.
He's definitely far below the Spectre though (who stomped him several times, but he just couldn't kill him for good).
