The Vigilante was an expert marksman and a skilled hand-to-hand combatant. He has slightly over peak human strength and speed (able to lift ofer 900 lbs, and run over 30 mph for an extended time). He is also practiced in several Eastern meditation techniques and fighting forms. These techniques gifted Chase with an enhanced endurance that allowed him to overcome pain and fatigue.
