Doom. Iron Man has next to no defense against Doom's magic.

IIRC last time they fought they, employing only technology, stalemated, what gave Doom the advantage that resulted in Iron Man calling in Sentry was Magic, is you allow it here too, I see the same scenario except no sentry this time around.

True, and that when Iron Man had the Extremis armor, which isn't really standard equipment for him considering he went decades before getting it.

Doom should always be a step ahead of Iron Man, IMO.

i bent the rules a bit now.

Though their respective armors are roughly equal (confirmed in all of their previous encounters) - Doom's magic would give him the edge every single time they fought.

Wouldn't it have been easier to just write "No magic"? Otherwise people will assume Doom can only use his eletricity based attacks and his forcefield, which puts him at an extreme disadvantage to Iron Man.

You have just spited Doom to no ends. Only electricity? Doom still wins because he is above you and your rules, he has diplomatic immunity to your restrictions and uses spells anyway.

Stark's beaten Reed in chess, but he had Extremis then IIRC.

Scrap the magic and give Doom everything else and we have a good fight here.
