Regular green lantern guardians could probably do that,hope is the strongest emotional spectrum power and the BLC has two hope guardians....

It is the strongest that was made very clear,hope cleansed people of their rage...but ok,and a guardian is still going to have the willpower energy to direct his hope,so again what the hell has UCC done to say they could beat a person as strong as a hope guardian should be.
