Assuming Hal using something other than his trademark, Giant Ball, Baseball Bat, or Glove; I gotta go with Hal.

But being that this is Hal and he does have the Imagination of a potato then I gotta go with Time Freeze and uber Sylar/Peter ftw!

Hal stomp..he is way more powerful..

Hal stomp..he is way more powerful.. True but whats he gonna do when Hiro or Peter stops time and then Sylar, most likely, steals his ring or

Peter/Sylar nuke his ass, slit his throat, cut his head off, control his mind, speedblitz him, freeze him solid then smash him, electrocute him, burn him alive, phase a fist in his skull or hiro could jus solo freezing time and run a sword thru his chest and thats jus to name a few off the top of my head.

Hal shield will protect him..they are not powerful enough to break through his shield..

They can't phase through the shield.

They've never shown the ability to phase through a forcefield.

Let alone an Oan forcefield which even J'onn has trouble going through

And the ring protects GLs from time dilations as seen in GL Corps.

Hal can stop time too.

They can't do anything to him.

Even if they do stop time and Hal is frozen in time, the auto-shields will protect Hal from any possible damage they could do to him.

And the ring would simply 'unlock' time for Hal to curbstomp them....

Hal 10000/10
