Stryker has annouced he is out to arrest all mutants. Spider-man naturally, won't have any of it. Stryker's team arrives, and things look unfavorable for Spider-man. Just then, Spider-man's rogue villains come in. "No one messes with our city, and no one kills you but us!" they declare to Spider-man.
Team Origins
1- The Blob
2- Sabretooth
3- Wolverine (Upgraded)
4- Gambit
5- Wade Wilson
6- John Wraith
7- Agent Zero
Team Spider-man
1- Spider-man
2- Green Goblin
3- New Goblin
4- Venom
5- Sandman
6- Doctor Octopus
- Gambit gets his staff
- Zero gets two pistols
- Green Goblin does NOT get his disintegrating bombs, gets glider and standard equipment.
- New Goblin gets Glider and standard equipment.
- There is no additional sand in the area of the fight (ok maybe a little bit, not enough to double his size).
........................................................
Fight takes place in the abandoned city streets.
Scenario I - All Out
Scenario II - Wade Wilson becomes Deadpool. Sandman gets a load of sand (like in Spiderman 3).

I'm going to say that because of Zeros' gun's and the presence of Wolverine and Sabretooth that Team X-men win scenario 1. Gambit should also be able to simply charge doc Ocks arms but the movie wasn't very clear on Gambits abilities. Either way i think Zeros' incredible accuracy will take care of the goblins and Wade Wilson is also a very formidable opponent. The fact that Wolverine and Sabretooth instantly regenerate almost any wound gives them the instant victory to me.
I see scenario two being won by Team X-men even easier than scenario 1. Sandman isn't going to be of any concern with Deadpools optic blast.
Spiderman could prove to be a problem but he is really to only one i see lasting very long on Team Spidey.

Venom is more powerful than Spider-man btw.

Yeah, but he lost and he always loses unless he is the good guy. Spiderman just has that X factor.Don't you think? I mean, i'm not sure how else this match would go.
I mean, Venom definitely has a chance at beating Wolverine and Sabretooth if everyone else falls. If a bullet to the brain memory wipes Wolverine then i'm going to bet that symbiotic spikes through the nose, eyes and mouth would be enough to drop the new God of Marvel. The only way that Wolverine and Sabretooth are going to beat Venom is if they realize his weakness. I'm fairly certain that Gambits staff slam would take care of pointing that out.
I guess i'm going to go back and say that Team Spidey Wins scenario 1 but there is no way team shit men are going to lose in scenario 2.
dadudemon
Willem Dafoe wins teh threadz, hands down.

Scenario 1: Stalemate, I don't see a way for them to drop Sandman or for him to drop Wolverine. I figure it'll come down to them, Venom and Spider-man would hang in for awhile but the competition would be too much for them. One shot from Zero and Ock is down, then he can turn his attention to New Goblin while Wilson deals with Green. Sandman or the others should be able to kill off Blob, Wraith, Zero and Gambit. Wilson, Creed and Logan make it through and are stuck fighting sandman who they can't really kill, though it's possible he could also kill Wilson during the length of the fight.
Scenario 2: Deadpool's optic blasts turn Sandman to glass seeing as how they're heat in the movie. He can then turn his attention to Venom and melt his suit and him along with it. No one else lasts very long with those two down. At the most 2 casualties on team 1.

I think one of the key players is Zero. He is a great asset to team 1, but the thing is he only has human durability. Anyone on team one could take him out rather quickly if they recognised Zero is quite dangerous.

Sandman solos, both times, especially the first.
Going on the grounds that Wolverine and Sabretooth could have their healing factor countered by not being able to breath.

He'd have to fight them one at a time and once the sand left one of their bodies they'd just heal while he was fighting the other. He can't take them both and no one else really has the means to kill them.

WO Polaski
yeah, sandman solos both.

lol there is no way that Sandman could take down that shitty deadpool that we saw in the movie.
WO Polaski
why? as we saw from the movie attempting to glass sandman wont work. hell just absorb more dirt and turn it into sand, and deadpool doesnt move faster then spiderman and sandman was able to tag spidey. he'll get deadpool quick enough.
Kaibs
I got Team Spidey winning in both scenarios. Venom Spidey and Sandman would cause enough havock that they would all be screwed. While Sandman could take on wolverine and sandman Spidey and Venom could double team the other. Not to mention since we never seen all of Gambits powers in the movie hes is limited and woudl get delt with rather quick. Doc Ock would kill someone before he goes out too. The Goblins just flyin around droppin pumpkin bombs and shti on people? yeah it'd be to much.
As for scenario 2: If sandman get to go nuts its over anyways. Deadpool would eventually **** up and get delt with.

Yeah a little bit of fire from Harry's glider isn't anything compared to the optic blasts that melted a ****ing tower

Mmm I don't think Deadpool melted the tower. In that instance, it appeared to be a purely concussive force.
However, when Cyclops totalled the school, you could indeed see the broken walls and debris was superheated.
I looked like the tower was melted through, but maybe it was just me

The optic blast is an endless source of energy. The only way to stop the blast is force Deadpool to close his eyes but anything that gets in it's way is going to be knocked back a few hundred meters.

Mmm where did you get this info from?
He requires absorption of energy to contiue blasting. He would eventually run out and have to recharge if he kept his eyes open all day.
I dunno how long it takes him to recharge, but it takes his brother Havok 16 hours after he is fully expended. This doesn't mean anything though cause they get energy from different sources but I just wanted to say it cause I'm cool and to make my post a little longer.
Rogue Jedi
Cyclops certainly looked spent after his X3 hissy ocular fit.
jinXed by JaNx
I think he was emotionally spent. See, he was all pissed off because he knew that a giant pencil eraser was about come down and completely remove his character from the movie with nearly no acknowledgment what so ever.
I wasn't going from comic lure because the writers behind all of the x-men movies obviously didn't

No, i only said that because i am fairly certain that i heard that in one of the movies. I only remember it because it was yet another thing that conflicted with the comics.
