This is the Pinhead from Hellraiser 3 who is completely separated from his humanity and at his strongest.

Can he win this time?

There's a reason why Pinhead is the leader of the Cenobites. Him remembering his human life is the only reason the Channard Cenobite defeated him. So in a sense, CC defeated Pinhead at his most vulnerable state. Pinhead completely being seperated from humanity and at his most powerful would "tear his soul apart".
