Faster, stronger, more skilled. It might be close because of MN'er's battle precog, but one slash from Nemesis wins this. His HF is no where close to other top street/metas.

I'm not sure....could be 50/50. Nemesis has that stealth suit....so I tend to lean in her favor.

As mentioned earlier, one would be harder to hit/get more hits in (MNer) but the other can end the fight more quickly (Nemesis, due to her sword). Not unlike a Wolverine v. Spider-Man scenario. And like that now-iconic fight, we're probably not looking at 10/10 to either combatant.
