Except, I'm not sure what the difference between 'full upgrades' and 'peak' would be. If SS w/ Full Upgrades is, say, the Uni-Lord fight, or with the Uni-Power, then SS beats King Thor in #4.

Agreed. Although but by peak if you just mean Silver Surfer at optimum levels, and not at his strongest incarnation like say Uni-Lord Thor wins.
