I looked at the list and they are all okay.

He didn't say amalgams weren't allowed.

Juggernaut, Multiple Man, Silver Surfer, Magneto and Prof. Xavier (or just onslaught instead of the two). That makes 5 to try to match the original that has 5. (or, like The Scribe's post, I was going to suggest a few billion Kryptonians and Daxamites since no limit was stated).

Adam warlock with prep... Is enough time to cocoon to develop whatever powers are necessary to beat your guy. You said nothing about no prep and my guy is one guy... Who is below skyfather...

Not sure what I had in mind... Just had to throw something out there that could challenege your guy... Just saying Adam seems to have Deus ex machina powers... Like now he can close rips in timespace....

In any case I also choose flash. He steals all your speed before you are able to adapt as superadaptiod has never had a chance to sample my powers

And I use
That to bfr your guy out of time of slow him down to the point where time doesn't move

I still don't think Adam Warlock could win. Too much versatility for him to overcome.

Anyways, I'm not clear on how speed stealing works? Flash runs through whomever and steals their speed, thus immobilizing them, correct?

Honestly I doubt any below skyfather coils defeat your guy unless plot or prep is involved

So... he'll be fighting a guy who can counter any power or ability.

Except this amalgam can adapt to anything and copy any ability and can devolve organics. Not to mention he has a greater intellect, which is something Nemesis Kid cannot overcome.

If anything, Nemesis Kid will be outsmarted and probably be doomed by his own ability thanks to the amalgams ability to copy powers.
