Apocalypse vs... Poison

Basically a genetic hybrid of Peter Parker and Venom, sharing all the Venom's abilities and Peter's IQ (and some of The Other's powers)+ ability to create clones out of dead corpses.

A friend of mine says that he's really uber (but then he attributes to him some of Venom's fanboy powers and makes a big deal out of Peter\symbiote mix on genetic level).

Uh, Poison might have accomplished the Spidey fanboy dream of taking out wolvie but Apoc????? Come on.

I'm well aware that it can be fanboy BS (the guy attributed to Poison many exotic "silver-agesque" Venom's powers such as travelling the electric cable etc).
