Yeah, not enough is known about Gouken's capabilities to say where he stands against Heihachi... Well, exept his vague and non-descriptive fights with Gouki.

gouken wins more often than not, he might take all actually.

Oh and Jin is the best, may not be happy about that but he's beaten him twice before.

why? cuz he has less impressive feats than hachi?
