Well guys, I usually sleep for 6-8 hours daily but when I go to party out with my friends or for some festivals celebrations, I usually stay awake till late in the night and sleep more than I usually do. Sleep is very important since it allows our brain to relax itself. It also helps us to take in the energy require to perform our work the following morning.What about you guys? Care to share your thoughts here?

On average about 7 hours, unless I have insomnia.

At least 8. If its my day off, sometimes as much as 10-11.

I have a tendency to wake up randomly early in the night, but otherwise a good 10 hours if I don't set the alarm.

I'm shooting for six hours with a two-three hour nap these days though. Dunno why.

I like 12 hours.

But now I'm working full time I probably get about 7 or 8 if I'm lucky.

13 hours usually. Sometimes more, sometimes less, all depends on the time I get to sleep.

During the school year I'd take 3 hours naps in the evening then sleep 4-5 hours at night. During the summer I sleep upwards of 9 hours every day.

I get insomnia most of the time lately, though.

I think it's more like 3-4 hours average now.

5-8 hours lately... depends on my day.

Usually 6 hours, but I prefer 7.5 if I can help it. On my days off up to 9 if I was up late the previous night, but generally it's 7.5. Anything over 7.5 and I feel guilty, like Im wasting the day.

Wot i don't get is that people can sleep up to 15 hours a day. to me that's like a hole day gone and a bit more. lol

As much as I can.

Normally about 9 hours. Then in weekends it's usually a lot less. Then sometimes I wake up at some weird hour and can't fall asleep, so I watch some TV or read a bit before I go to sleep again. Then there's times in the weekends that I wake up way too early.

Four if I'm lucky but if not two hours and a half.
