Who would be the victor's of these epic battles

Assuming 00 is in its Raiser form and Amuro is in the RX 78:

Grimlock

im pretty sure the gundams are like twice the size of the transformers.

In general yes. The official character sheets put Optimus and Megatron at around 8 meters. The average Gundam being 16m. However Transformers size tends to very greatly on the whims of the artist depicting them.

I'm pretty sure this is against several rules.
