I'd say Cap is better at fighting than Peter, but of course we all know Peter is stronger. Cap keeps hitting him with that shield of his, keeps Colossus off his feet(as we know he can do just by throwing his shield at Peters ankles. ) and just keeps at him until Colossus runs out of energy.
