I think it's close. Collossus has the strength edge, and Cyborg has sonic weaponry in his arsenal among other weapons that could prove effective. I give an edge to Collossus on the durability front, however, which would play a big factor. All abilities on the table, Collossus would take a strong 6+ majority out of 10.
