True. In a comic, Batman would probably win. lol. He'd like, throw a batarang at Hardware, cause some kind of malfunction, and make him take out Iron Man accidentally, and then kick Hardware in the face.

Otherwise though, Batman does carry an EMP. 🙂

It would depend on the version of Iron Man, but several versions are shielded from EMPs.

well, if he fought batman, you KNOW he wouldn't have the shielded armor. THAT is batman's true power . . . heh

He got stopped by one in the Fallen Son arc after the death of Captain America, wearing the armor you see him wearing in most appearances..
