dk is strength and speed and smarts the 3 s's

chunky is strength and strength and simple(slow) the other 3 s's

I don't know about this one. Chunky is very slow perhaps to slow to land a hit on Donkey Kong before it is too late. DK also has a small reach advantage and his strength while not as fierce as chunky's is still nothing to laugh at.
Gonna have to give it to DK he simply has the speed and when the strength is that high and the endurance of oponents is not necessarily completely outrageous it would have to go to him.
