Wolvie could be put down permanently by Mags in ten seconds if he ever bothered to.

I don't remember if she was ever on an X team for more than 3 minutes, but Squirrel Girl has proven that she can pretty much defeat anyone by accident. I mean jesus, she's beaten Doctor Doom (the real one, not a robot), Deadpool, and Thanos and her only powers are control of squirrels and a slightly squirrely appearance.

In no particular order, people who have actually been X-Men, and who qualify for the top 5.

Colossus (Basically Invulnerable, top tier strength, can fight for as long as he needs to)

Wolverine (Indestructible bones, can cut through anything, regenerate from anything, and has the Muramasa Blade)

Darwin (His body is meant to adapt to and take on anything, nuff said)

Rockslide (Currently a psionic being who can form a golem from just about any type of earth, high end mid tier)

Squirrel Girl (Beat Thanos, Doom, and several others, she's Squirrel Girl for christ sakes. She's #1 on this list)
