Do Supernatural Powers count as Magic?

This is has been bugging me for quite some time now. Do Supernatural powers count as magic?

Generally, I think the rule is that anything that is not generated from a God or gods, would be considered magic.

It really depends. For example, I wouldn't call the Force from Star Wars magic, it's more psionic/life energy

As I see it, supernatural forces can be divine, demonic or magical.
