Darth Tyranus hires Fett to retrieve a valuable magical artifact on Earth. Urban Hunter the Yautja from Predator 2 has other ideas. He wants it for himself. The two decide to fight to the death for it. Both combatants get all the weapons and equipment they showed onscreen. Both are fighting with honor. That means the Yautja won't stay cloaked the entire fight and Jango won't be in the air the entire time(not that he could if he wanted). Who wins?
