Bout 1 - H2H - Dojo setting.

Bout 2 - Full standard gear battle in a warehouse.

Bout 3 - 2 days prep.

Not even a credit ahah

As I see it,

1. Taskmaster could potentially solo the DC Team H2H in the Dojo.

2. Connor Hawke and Batman's standard gear takes the nod.

3. Slight edge for the DC team. Batman and BP are almost virtually at par with resources. Deathstroke is a better tactician than CA imho.

Batman vs Steve Rogers: Split
Nightwing vs Daredevil: Split
Connor Hawke vs Black Panther: Panther
Batgirl vs Elektra (TP off): Elektra
Lady Shiva vs Shang-Chi: Split
Deathstroke vs Taskmaster: Deathstroke

Bout 1 - Very close, but I think Marvel would swing a majority.
Bout 2 - DC
Bout 3 - DC, Panther is dangerous with prep, but Deathstroke + Bats would swing it.

Bout 1- Marvel edge DC out. More characters with slight but key physical advantages over some of the DC fighters. An on form Taskmaster is also a big factor I think.

2.Bout 2- Slight edge to DC. Connor,Slade and Bruce with their equipment are to much.

3.Bout 3- DC.Bruce and Slade on the same team swing it for me.

Scenario I: Marvel 7-8/10.
Scenario II: DC 6-7/10.
Scenario III: DC 8-9/10. (Batman & Slade>Panther & Cap w/ prep)

H2H only:

Steve Rogers vs Batman: Cap 5.5/10.
Nightwing vs Daredevil: Daredevil 7/10.
Black Panther vs Connor Hawke: Connor 7/10.
Batgirl vs Elektra: Elektra 7/10.
Shang Chi vs Lady Shiva: Shang Chi 7/10.
Deathstroke vs Taskmaster: Deathstroke 6-7/10.

Scenario 1: Marvel wins.
Scenario 2: DC wins.
Scenario 3: Marvel wins again. I know, I know. A lot is being made of Batman and Deathstroke on the same side, but let's not leave out Black Panther (who has better standard resources than either of DC's duo) and Steve, who is just as good if not better, tactics-wise. Plus Taskmaster, who has access to top-level HAMMER tech, considering his new position.

H2H:

Bats vs. CA: CA, 6/10.
Nightwing vs. Daredevil: DD, 7/10.
C. Hawke vs. Black Panther: Hawke, 9/10.
Batgirl vs. Elektra: Elektra, 6/10.
Lady Shiva vs. Shang-Chi: Shiva, 7/10.
Deathstroke vs. Tasky: Tasky, 7/10.

Standard Equipment:

Bats vs. CA: Bats, 6/10.
Nightwing vs. Daredevil: DD, 6/10.

Why is everybody forgetting what a genius Nightwing is tactics-wise?

No one is. Since Taskmaster has just entered the prep fight, Nightwing can join too. 😈 It's always helpful to have multiple tacticians but seriously it's not like Dick brings any tech Bruce doesn't or am I missing something? Slade can process shit in minutes it'd take for Team Marvel to do in hours.

Nightwing brings nothing to the table prepwise that Batman wouldn't. Having them both come up with something is redundant. Whatever Dick might do, Bruce does better.
