Tick puts on the mask and gets all the powers. Who can beat him?

No one.

This combination is totally impossible.
Since Tick's color is blue, and Mask's color is green, they aren't compabile. Any attempt will result in un universe-busting explosion, and only one will be left... the Tick!

?!?! hokay....well I say the Mask can be beaten by just taking off his mask. lol. the Tick with Masks powers....i don't know....maybe Galactus?

As far as I know the Mask cant be taken off except by the one who's wearing it.

If I remember right, the mask isn't all that smart.
