Question Id: Phoenix II (Rachel) is listed as Mid Herald. We allowed to use her and all her 616 feats?

I got your invitation. Is it "teh uberest" stuff (cause my major plane of expertise is quite below Nate powerwise) or just "post your best feats".

Though...skillwise I might present you a challenge.

The problem is, there's a handful of debate-friendly telepaths here... and there's also a common "Marvel vs DC" scaling when it comes to comparing feats (see also- Xavier vs Martian Manhunter).

I would have done the Rachel-Phoenix thing, but I've been busy preparing for the DC/Marvel KMC tourny coming up, as well as a few personal things.
