pre-crisis Barry Allen vs Wally West

Both performing to their fullest potential. who wins?

Just started getting into the PC Flash (and prior to that, Flash Comics) series. Only at issue 147 right now.

But Barry never mainlined the Speed Force like Wally does, and Jay's admitted that Wally is the best. Plus I think Wally's got access to more exotic abilities that Barry hasn't shown me (yet.)

So, I'll go with Wally FTW.
