His bio sys that he (Proto Clown) knocked Tick into orbit once. That level of force would KO or kill either Cage or U.S. Agent I would think.

Yeah, Proto Clown is out of their league, put him up against some heavier hitters, I remember the episode, nothing Tick did could hurt him, until he fell on him, with his head.
