wolverine(death) iron spiderman vs Extremis Ironman

battle takes place in middle of NYC use of terrain is allowed...both guys are tracking and hunting for Ironman can they find him engage and defeat him while in character. ko, kill, incapacitation.

An Extremis ironman fighting seriously to hurt/kill you with the least bit of effort is not going to be beaten in a straight up fight unless you have a trump card.

Iron Spidey and wolverine dont have a trump card to beat extremis ironman in a straight fight.

Best they can do is try to sneak up on him.

If he does'nt yes if he knwos that they are coming for him no. Should not be hard for him to track someone in Stark Armor (iron spiderman) or a man with an adamantium skeleton.

didnt spidey disable a lot of the tracking tech from his suit and what not?

Don't see either one of them sneaking up on Extremis IM.

Particularly given that he has sonar and other types of sensors in the armor.

i would think Death armor had stealth mode from apoc and his celestial tech.

IMO Death Wolverine can do it alone.
He did had stealth. Also, his teleport and his sword, which can provide both defence (deflecting repulsor rays) and offence...

So.. small smelly canadians do not show up even on Iron Man`s scanners? Damn you need to build a wall over there too to protect yourselves yankees.

(edit) Just tought of something. Wasn`t some of the x-men once rendered permanently undetectable by scanners and such? Must have been a long time ago, can`t even remember when and who it was.

Doesn't Extremis IM have a backdoor shut-down switch built into the Iron Spider Armor?

Deathverine did have some kind of stealth tech. You have to remember that the equipment he was using was celestial tech, far beyond earth technology.

iirc logan was invisible to the reavers tech tracking..

After the 'Fall of Mutants', the following X-Men:
Longshot
Dazzler
Storm
Havok
Wolverine
Psylocke
Rogue
and maybe some others
were sacrificed to defeat the Adversary. After that Roma resurrected them and grtanted them immunity to scanners and such.
After some time, though, they lost it. Maybe because of Siege Perilious, but Wolverine never went through it.
