Agent Orange on DCs Earth (WWH Scenario)

Agent Orange (Larfleeze) arrives at DCs Earth (The one with the main Storylines, don't have the actual Number in Mind) like World War Hulk did in his Story Arc, how do you think it's going to end?

Special rule: The World gets not just destroyed or something like this Larfleeze has to Face the Heros and so does the Heros to him

Larfleeze would totally pwn them. i dont really see them winning. only slim chances that amount to nothing much lol

Larfleeze can just sit and watch..his corp alone would destroy all the heroes..
