Supes blue... current quasar aint that impressive

i don't actually think he can manipulate supes body not sure though

wendells energy manipulation is on the cosmic lvl i dont think supermans range of control reaches to that lvl let alone compete against a veteran energy manipulator.

IMO Quasar is one of the best energy manipulators in MU and much more experienced than Supes in that department, so I'm going with him

Quasar wins.

But Supes Blue's learning on the fly and manipulation of electromagnetism was very impressive.
